This house is occupied by a young couple who are passionate about dogs and love playing basketball.
Project Requirements: The renovation aims to retain as much of the existing building structure and roof as possible, as the couple does not wish to change many of the existing rooms.
On the first floor, the interior space will be reduced to optimize the outdoor area. This will allow their dogs to play freely in the yard and provide an optimal size for a basketball court.
The living room doors leading to the garden will be widened to create a seamless and spacious connection between the indoor and outdoor areas when the doors are open.
The building facade will be updated to a more modern design, giving it a clean, simple, and straightforward appearance.
